That is one insightful read. Thx.

Bad pick, but it happens. Hopefully this FO learns their lesson when it comes to spending a high pick on a punter.

Give him another year. Though i doubt he will turn into an all pro. Punter isnt a position that needs time. You either can kick a football or u cant.

Round 4 is a high pick? There are 7 rounds Yes? That would put 4 right in the middle No? Just asking because I would have thought the 4th pick might be high but not 4th round. Crapshoot might be a little closer to the pick from what I can see, although there were some armchair experts who knew better.

Well TBF he actually has done that plenty of times. And the 4th round thing is probably due to the Pats draft competition for the position. It seems like very few can do both punting and kick offs brilliantly. Due to the mechanics of the up and down action of the punt and the swivel action of the place kick. Problem with Mitch is I am not sure he is punting great either.

As the year has progressed, it's gotten shorter and shorter. His leg seems pretty dead right now. He needs some rest.

I honestly not sure if you're serious. Because I never thought about if a punters leg gets worn out through the season. You got me feeling a little stupid right now. Haha.

Just kickoffs. That's a different animal. Punts, different motion and inertia.
Get this dude some roids or something man
Weak leg. Terrible on kickoffs.
Wishnowsky had an awesome game. KOs all in the end zone or beyond and all the punts were awesome. Only downside was the penalty by the gunner for wacking the receiver in the head.

I think his first KO was pretty short. Looked like he got under it.

There was one at the 10 yard line. LOL.

But the rest of the day his leg seemed much livelier. Really nice day. Great to see.

Yeah, not being a negative Nancy, just that first KO was burnt into my memory because I was thinking he's getting under it a bit when he does come up short. Should be able to fix that up.
