Not sure how tearing your groin in the first game of the year now all the sudden makes one unreliable

Not playing makes one unreliable. Dre has not played. Dre is unreliable.

Yeah, I don't get it, 1 injury doesn't make a dude injury prone or oft-injured, if so, then every player who's ever had an injury is too, Brady included.

I wouldn't mind seeing him & Azeez getting multi-year deals, $3.5M a yr each, would love to keep Warner, Dre, & Azeez.

It's too early to make that oft-injured label BUT this is the second time he couldn't come back and how likely is he going to make it back now after a second setback this late in the season, let alone be in position to play at a high level down this critical stretch to make and enter the playoffs?

Should we invest in that? And if so, how much?

Nearly every football player gets injured, it is a rough sport.

I think he's saying that because Greenlaw hasn't started a full season and has been prone to injuries three years in a row now.

They certainly do, especially when part of the 9ers

If the price is right, you do it, like for Azeez, I say $3.5M a yr, same for Dre, but I won't be upset if they don't keep Dre, I will if they don't keep Deebo & Aiyuk.
And I'm not sure how anyone can call Dre injury prone or oft-injured, he played 71% of defensive snaps in 2019, remember we had Kwon that year until the pectoral injury, and he played 82% in 2020, despite missing just 3 games, this year, yes, he's had bad luck.

Most of the people posting on here either have never torn their groin or don't have a groin. Not the easiest thing to recover from and very easy to reinjure plus hurts like hell.
