NFL celebrates when Josh Allen runs and trucks people that square up and wait for the impact. Good on Dre and our defensive players to realize that.

That was a GAME CHANGER.
Greenlaw has ALWAYS BEEN a rough player definitely 110% better than Bobby useless Wagner the Lambs over paid for a over the hill loser at this point 🤣
Yes, this was not the first time Dre has been hit with an unnecessary roughness call. I believe the league keeps track of such calls. If so, maybe the fact he has priors influenced the ejection. Once a player develops a reputation for a certain behavior, officials are going to be looking for it, with flags to follow.
Vontaze Burfict, LB, Cincinnati, was a complete thug, far worse than Greenlaw. His repeated violations resulted in huge fines and loss of pay. Eventually, the Bengals had enough of him and released him. Of course, the Raiders picked him up the next day. He played a handful of games, had another violation, and was suspended for the rest of the season. It was a very bad image for the league and surely had an impact on the current rules and enforcement.

BS call, if that wasn't a super star QB there would not have been a flag.
Greenlaw was leading with his shoulder when the target changed at the last second, no intent whatsoever.
here's a question, was Herbert's head up?
no, he lowered his head at contact…that is also a penalty, and in Herbert's case it was a more deliverer act…
why does the NFL even have a rule they never enforce?
the runner is not allowed to lower his head and make contact with his helmet…
still pissed about that call!

My main disagreement is calling it flagrant. It was an unfortunate series of events, but there was no intent outside of throwing a shoulder. Just happened to turn into a helmet to helmet. It is what it is, niners won despite the call… now if he is suspended that's some BS. It's not like he's Burfict.

Exactly!!! It's not like the play was blown dead and Greenlaw just decided to hit him. Also Greenlaws helmet level didn't change. It was an all around b******t ejection.

If that was a RB and not a QB, Greenlaw doesn't get tossed.

Deserved to get a flag. That should be expected these days. But the ejection was absolutely b******t. Ive seen players intentionally do worse and not get ejected. f**k boy officiating.

I always thought a player had to commit two "unnecessary roughness" penalties to be ejected? Why preferential treatment to QB's when everyone is at risk to CTE?
