I believe fines are issued on Saturdays and the NFL will probably double down on Dre , but no suspension. Pretty hypocritical considering the types of shots Kaepernick would get after leaving the pocket smh.

DeMeco Ryans on Dre Greenlaw ejection: "We have to ease up a bit" when QB runs

Coach knows he gets it. It's the way the NFL is now.
I'm still waiting for a team that's eliminated from the playoffs to make a protest by having their defense stand still and just let the QB run past them every time for a TD. Making a mockery of the game with such a statement is the only thing that could possibly bring some fairness to the scenario. This idea that defenders can be magicians and teleport out of the way is simply stupid.

If it's Detroit how would ppl tell the protest from their actual defense?

Given his backstory, about how he helped that girl out back in his college days, and his monumental stop at the goal line against Seattle in 2019, it's easy to have a good feeling about Greenlaw. But when he came back against the Rams last year, after being out with an injury, he had two or three really unnecessary penalties for rough play, including a face mask on a run into the line where he looked like he was trying to rip the guy's head off. He's had some of those same type of calls this year. I like guys who are physical but it seems like he has been on the edge of crossing over into the dirty player category, which I would hate to see. Hopefully that won't be the case.

Reaching. With or without the back story which lets you know what a good person he is, his job as a defensive player is to play the LB position like he has been doing. There is a reason why he still lead the team in tackles after only playing 2 quarters.
Seemed like an even keel type LB the first 2 years. Now he's going for that raging penalty magnet type.

😆 yeah that's it. He just goes around head hunting and cheap shotting other players.

It's not reaching. You have posts after Week 1 in this thread talking about him have a problem getting flags that cost the team. Him getting another flag, fined and ejected doesn't diminish that discussion. It amplifies it.

I definitely think the ejection was wrong, but at this point he likely has a reputation. Going to take a couple of seasons to shake it.

Important to split it out lot of folks think the ejection was a tad harsh myself included but 100% it was a FOUL. Can't helmet to helmet the QB.

Yes he came back amped up and had bad games along with other team members. It's cause I criticized his mistake I'm not gonna label him as a dirty player. I'm sure there are more DB or LB that have more PF than him. He is just highlighted cause he hit a golden boy!
Anyone catch what happened to his arm that caused his exit tonight?
