Anybody know how Greenlaw looked his first day in pads today? Greenlaw, Warner and a healthy Kwan would be an awful lot of speed on the field from the LB position. I'm talking football speed not 40 time speed.

He's got ways to go... speed is there, but instinct is pretty poor.. much to learn, much to learn.. he's too GREEN!!!

Where you getting the poor instincts from?
First snap of OTAs was a Dre Greenlaw tackle for loss. Same for the first snap of training camp. And the first snap when pads came on. Why Greenlaw is constantly in the right spots, which could mean a starting job very soon #49ers https://t.co/OpXFHAYNZ3

I agree he's a 5th rd rookie and has a lot to learn, but the kid is already running with the 1st team. His instincts are kinda why he's doing that apparently.

Our LB's could be a surprise if Warner only gets better, If Kwon bounces back, and if Greenlaw ends up being a steal.
Plus if our Dline is as good as it can be.Our front 7 can be scary again.
