Luckily my job is pretty labor intensive so that keeps me in shape
at 59, i have bad aches some days getting out of bed but in minutes they clear up. maybe one of these days they will not clear up but good for now,. i also went to dr papsmear last year for a physical. first time in 20 years. they were amazed blood pressure perfect . obviously i went after the team signed jimmy long term and i was calm
