So if Kwon does come back, should he be in more of a backup role to limit his snaps? Hard to take Greenlaw off the field, but if Kwon can be like he was early this season, its hard to leave him off.

You play Kwon. Greenlaw is promising, but the difference between Kwon and no Kwon is easily quantifiable imo. Look at the schedule. See that we held our opponents to an average of 9.6points a game up until week 9, the game after Kwon went out. Since then we only held a team to less than 20 once and average 29 points a game surrendered. Now granted we played some baaaaad teams in the 1st half but imo our vulnerability over the middle looks similar to how it did last year before Kwon. Dudes a freakin stud and brings an energy to our D nobody else does.

You play Kwon but it does mean Greenlaw won't have to come off as much or can rotate. Kwon way better in coverage. Teams are attacking and getting mismatches with our two young LBs and Harris in coverage. They are improving however. If Kwon can go you play him.
Kwon plays Will on base downs, while Greenlaw slides to Sam... then in nickel Kwon leaves the field and Dre stays to play Will, nickel back replaces Sam
He is low key making some big time plays against the CHawks this season. First was the pick in the first game that could've sealed the game, and then the Tackle at the 1 inch line. Hopefully he'll continue to be a nightmare to those b*****ds. Good job young man.

Anyone else realize this crazy coincidence? Greenlaw and Dan Bunz both wore number 57.

49ers beat Seahawks 26-21.

49ers beat Bengals.....26-21.

Also adding to the coincidence factor. Last time niners played in the last game of the regular season was 1994 when they played the Vikings on MNF week 17. We all know what happened next.

Holey smokes, that play reminded me of the Bunz stop, but I did not connect the #57 or the scores. Bizzare!

Cawkblocker
Dre took 2 hitch steps to his left towards the RB coming out of the backfield. Had he took another step, he wouldn't have able to stop Hollister. So f**king close

And both 49ers teams finished 13-3 in their respective HC's third year with the team.

Last time the niners were the #1 seed was 1997 season. That year they opened the season at Tampa Bay and ended at Seattle and went 13-3.

Awesome
