I think Kyle is gonna give Skule a test drive against Watt, and if it's a nightmare we'll have the bye week to trade, or bring somebody else up to speed.
TBH though, our offensive line is really ahead of schedule on cohesive gel, maybe this is the natural course of nature, maybe the young Skule dominates. Dude's s gym rat.

Wonder who we will trade for if Skule s**ts the bed Sunday. I'm definitely not sleeping comfortable knowing we gotta depend on a 6th rounder. Not everyone can come out of nowhere and be Trent Brown, 1 missed block and the promising season turns into the same s**t show from last season. But I'm confident Kyle is smart enough to scheme things to help skule out if he shows he can't handle it

Staley got worked over by Chubb in preseason game 3. At allowed at least two near free runs at Jimmy. It happens to the best of them, but likely to happen a lot more to a newbie. He will get help in pass pro no doubt, and Jimmy will be more aware. It will be a interesting first couple of games for sure.

This. Nothing rationale can be said here to make one think, "Yeah, our HOF T is being replaced by a 6th round top-heavy rookie. It should be fine."

I think shanny is gonna play him at LT this week, and switch mcglinchey to LT for garret and the Browns week 5. He has the bye week to get adjusted.
If mcglinchey plays well, joe might be forced to play RT. Passing of the torch type of thing,

No chance. Joe already said he'd quit before he played RT. Seriously. That's how big a deal it is to switch sides. Everything is the opposite so we need to stop with the Madden fixes here. This is also why you prefer a RT and LT backup. A swing T is nice but it's much easier to specialize and step right in for a downed starter. I believe this is one of the reasons Kyle always kept 10 OL (Gilliam on the right and Coleman on the left).

WHAT!!You cannot be serious!! What on earth could have made you come to that conclusion? the "torch" will be passed when Joe retires, not before. End of discussion on that.
