Well said.

Good thing we drafted a future HoF left tackle in the sixth round

Just like drafting a future HoF tight end in the fifth round

In all reality, he'll probably be decent with a few bad plays. And even with an uneven game from Skule, we should be ok.

People are surprisingly optimistic about Justin Skule on here.
I'm all for playing the youngsters and seeing what they got. Go get 'em, Skule.

Don't punch Jimmy G in the face after you help him get a TD

This thread is surprisingly pretty optimistic about him. Gotta keep in mind that he was a 6th round pick for a reason with some people saying he may not even make a roster. Good tackles usually don't last long in drafts. Hope he does as well as some of you think he will
Well, Vanderbilt is not known for developing great football players. However, he did go against several guys who are now starters in the NFL and he did OK against them.
Like to add, he played in the SEC. One of the better competitive football division
An article in The Athletic this morning noted the string of very good pass rushers he faced in the SEC every week. With one notable exception, he shut down Kentucky's Josh Allen for an entire game. There isn't a tougher conference than the SEC.
Truth.
It's almost a semi-pro league.

Joe will work with him on the penalties. 2 were bad, the other was not at all.
