some people would say kyle never said he likes little guys over big guys ,.lol. of course you are right. many of us said.. ok. the little breaking ankles guys did not work to well last year so lets shake it up a bit.

Losing your franchise QB 3 weeks into the season did not work too well last year.

oh speaking of guys who invented the phrase breaking ankles. lol. you have to be stevie wonder or just in plain denial that kyle is putting more emphasis on size than he did in his first two years as coach

You know as coach and GM taking over a rebuild, you can't fix it in one season. Now they are closer to what they envisioned.
IMO, this was a pickup mainly for blocking, especially since our OL is still suspect in pass protection.

love that shanny is concentrating on getting taller on offense. Hurd, K.Smith, Matthews, and now Toilolo

You make that sound like a badge of honor, lol.
We'll have to wait to see, but, kittle was pretty much unstoppable all last yr. Yes he surprised us all. But if we just went with 2 TEs, Kittle and Toilolo, they alone could give a DBackfield the fits. But that excludes Au Jus, pettis, jet, marquise, Brieda, Coleman....how exactly are the Rams, for example going to cover all that...Ok, i got about 19 guys on the LOS, but i mean parceled out with 6 legit receivers.? Who is going to stop that?

Well, OLine was the focus last year after the Jimmy signing, so they got McGlinchy. This year was DLine, more so than Wr's. I think, to a certain extent the drafting of DeeBo and Hurd is just basically how the draft went for Kyle.

I still remember Dallas having to pick Dak Prescott because their first choice was taken. (or something like that) so while I do think Kyle wanted bigger WR's, I don't think it was a sure thing to get DeeBo or Hurd - so he got via free agency pass catchers like Matthews. Then he had the opportunity to get bigger on the WR side and so he took it.

I like the fact that ShanaLynch is open to adjusting their talent acquisition. Very similar to the Patriots in that respect - that Bellicheat makes the final decision but he's suported by a lot of people, but in the end it's him and maybe one or two other people making the final decisions.
Caught a TD too on Day 2. Needed all 6'8" of him and serious hops to catch it.

I would like to see him more play game and next game. He was playing well and good block.
