I don't agree with everything they say, of course, but I appreciate the perspective. Like Trent Taylor will be the best receiver on the squad....eh....we'll see. It's a non padded practice. Let's cool the jets. He certainly looks better than last year, coming off back surgery, but still gotta see what he does when the pads come on...The shiftier guys tend to look good early.

Nice to hear that this guy or that guy is looking good in camp but we hear this every year. Coaches and players are all optimistic about the upcoming season. Remember that there is a big difference between drills against your own team and games against other teams. They all have guys that are looking good and fighting for jobs too. Then you make the jump from pre season to regular season which is huge. Every year some guy stands out in the pre season and can barely get on the field once the real games start. It's football and I've learned to not get too excited when a coach says somebody looked good in practice. When Bosa and Ford start sacking guys and Jimmy is throwing for 300+ in the regular season then I'll get excited.
