The key words there. Hamstring pulls are one of the most common football injuries. Most football players come back from them in a matter of weeks. Unless its a particularly severe pull, there's no reason for it to linger assuming Bosa takes the necessary rest and precautions. Long lasting hamstring issues are typically a result of rushing back from an initial injury and exacerbating it even further.

There is no reason for Bosa to rush back. He can sit pat for a couple months and unless it is a particularly severe pull, which doesn't seem that way given that he never left the field, there is no reason to not expect him to not be good to go for training camp.

Little concern and panic button is pretty drastic in difference no? I'm just saying that a hammy can be a tricky b*****d, anyone that played or knows football knows this. To act like its of no concern at all because It's May and only otas is laughable to me. I know I'd prefer to not have read that today, hence a little concerning.

Thank you

When the pads come on, warmer weather more serious practices...I hope he gets all the cobwebs out and prepared for an NFL camp.

That's all fine and dandy but him missing otas after just one of them isn't a good thing. People saying he needs to get in football shape after not playing last season, how is he getting in football shape rehabbing or resting his hammy on the sidelines? That's exactly what the otas are for, to slowly work guys back. Training camp is much more intense and now he didn't just miss his college football season, he will be coming into training camp without otas as well. I just disagree with anybody saying that It's not a little concerning. I get that athletes pull their hammys or experience tightness all the time coming back and guess what, some takes longer than others and It's never a given when that will be.
IT SHOULD BE A CONCERN...

Did we not drafted a guy from Florida as well as UNC and both started their career being injured and was never able to recover??

Warmer weather ain't nicer on the hammies and neither are wearing pads and intense practices...let's hope it's a minor tweak.
