Were elite but then again should be by what we "spent" to be elite.

But this was the plan, Shanahan and Lynch know a dominant front 4 is where it starts on D and elevates the rest ..

Honestly, it looks like a dominant college D-line playing some ho hum school. Seriously. I'll need some vets to give me some historical context. People who have been following the game for 40 + years. Who are the top D-lines of all time? This team absolutely destroys pockets. When Ford is out there, you have four guys that can all beat their man one on one, hence the reason guys gets so many of their sacks stolen by a teammate lol. In this era of ticky tack calls and receivers being allowed to catch the football, we are on pace to give up un 2400 yards passing on the season I believe.

Just imagine Kittle was the first round pick and Thomas was the 5th round pick and all is well.

DJ Jones had himself a night last night. His 1st step was Ford like all night, disrupting right from the get go. Definitely a tone setter.

My eyes tell me there is a real correlation.

Same with Dee Ford to a lesser extent.

It sure seems that Ford helps push the pocket into Dbuck and Bosa.

I can't wait to see Brady buried in the turf if they meet down the road.
