Based on the last 2 games, IMO, the Chiefs will try to run it down our throat.

Wilks better be ready for that right away and not wait to fix it.

I bet the defense is totally ready for the run, they just need to execute!!!
This is my biggest area of concern. I'd consider pulling both Hargrave and Young and putting them on only on 3rd downs. I'd put AA out at DE to set the edge. I'd put Kinlaw and Givens/Davis at interior and Bosa at other DE.
The highest paid defensive line room in the NFL needs step up and pull its damned weight for 4 quarters. If they do, #6 is coming.

I sure hope so. They were supposed to be ready for the run against the lions.

I agree. I'm not as scared with Pacheko game breaking speed. He is a physical runner and our D can deal with that better.
300 Million Dline needs to earn their money in the biggest game of their Careers.
Who ever half-asses it in the Super Bowl like they did in the NFC Championship game, then they should be kicked completely out of the NFL. Barred from ever participating again.

That could be the answer. This also provides a wider front to help contain the off tackle runs. Not a huge fan of this if KC decides to pass the ball when they see the five DL.

Didn't they start doing that in the 2nd half of the Lions game?

well KC would need to quick pass for a short gain or contested pass.. we should be able to get pressure with those 5 DL 1v1 sets

Shoot we could have Beal with his speed as the 5th DL and he can line up on the weak/counter formations sides to stop the run or drop back in coverage to stop the crossers/screens

Not sure, but they went to man coverage so the LBs would be better run support compared to when they were in zone.
