Agree
There has to be one team out there we can do business with.

This is my DL to make the 53 based on three preseason games.
Bosa, Ford, DMoore, Blair
Buckner, Day, Solly, Armstead, DJJones
PS: JTaylor, Street
2020: Armstead and Day are not re-signed. In comes Taylor and Street.

Nice. Kyle does usually keep 10 so you might have room for one; although he's going to be inactive on game day anyhow.

I don't think Taylor or Street clear waivers. Seachickens need dline help, that's why their gm was at the first preseason game

I can see this happening. I'm expecting the DL depth chart to be determined largely by contracts. That's how they usually seem to roll.
Maybe one frill is to keep Street on the 53, then stack the PS with a ready-to-call up DT. That should keep them above water in case Bosa and Ford miss games.

I see it slightly different. Maybe, just maybe we keep a 10th which would be Taylor or DJJ.

Crap, forgot about DJJones. If there's one thing working against him, it's that he only plays nose whereas Day has some positional flexibility. This is going to be very interesting.

Very similar to the WR group in that unfortunately a tough cut or two will have to be made. And it will cause a stir with a few fans regardless of who it is.
A good problem to have, just glad it is not me having to make those tough cuts and hoping they don't come back to bite you in the ass.

I hope it does not come to the deadline and cuts with the dline.
if i were lynch or shanny id throw out that i receive serious calls about the d lineman and WR.
If i do this i get one thing away: teams out there thinking they can snatch them for free.
I you want one - cool - trade for him.

In the 1st half, the Bucs DL looked like they were the ones studded with 1st round picks.
But, 49ers DL had their moments in the 2nd half and were able to get Winston to brain freeze.
They do all look 20 lbs underweight, but I suppose that helps them in divisional shootouts/barn burners. At least I hope.

I like the fact that they still had gas in the tank at the end of the 4th quarter.

Had pressure when needed on a lot of plays... played well besides getting gashed in the 2nd half.

Yea mixed bag today. Had some good pressures and hits on qb. But they got dominated for a good part of the of 2nd half in the trenches. Getting blown off the line by a below average o line. Really would like to see some more tfl's. Once we get Buck to come alive the d kime will roll

Overall.. They made the game whining play with the pressure. Buuuuuut lacked pressure for a majority of the game and got gashed the second half.

Our starters were good, but the reserves got absolutely blown up. Taylor was absolutely destroyed in the run game. Super disappointing by him.
