Defensive Line Thread

Looking at the depth chart, the signing of Ebukam, promise of Jordan Willis, as well as having AA, and Bosa makes me think edge will be address, but likely on day 3. Still hoping to add another fast guy. I'm also hoping they try Street in the AA role. Played end in college and it could get him on the field more. It's been three years and we haven't seen much of him. Time to see if he can be a key role player or hopefully someone can push him off the roster.

Any specific reason why Hurst was cut? Not surprised we liked him.

This group is looking really good. I wonder how many DL we carry this year, because there's 10 guys here that deserve an NFL roster spot.

Than you have Arden Key, Maurice Hurst and Zach Kerr. I think Kerr sticks and if we keep 10, which I think is very possible I would go with Key who is having a good camp and has the upside and talent Koucerek can develop. Hurst is a very solid backup, pass rushing interior DT though. It's almost a good thing Jordan Willis will start the year on the suspension list as we can keep him around because he probably would not have made the cut but he's a pretty solid young Pass Rushing DE who showed some flashes last season after picking him up from the Jets.

I think we keep 10 D-Lineman...

Ya, injuries really need to be taken into consideration here. And he's been been solid so far during this off-season, and seems like he really wants to be here too.
