Doenst really sound too serious. He'll probably plead to a misdemeanor and this will be over.

Meh. He got in a fight. Big deal. At least he didn't hit a woman.

We've all gotten into fights and brawls etc in the past. If you are labeling him a bad guy for this, take a quick look in the mirror.

We needed to spice up the off season a little. I'd be surprised if this even goes to court since it involves people that knew each other.

Right? Wow! Misdemeanor assault is up to 10 years? This will settle and no jail time because. DA won't take up serious court time especially if it's his first (or been years since his last) offense.

Up to 10 years for a black eye and a dislocated shoulder? That is ridiculous.

I guess there's a wide range of injuries so they have a wide range of prison time. Some states have some crazy laws that don't make sense. The new law that just passed in Georgia makes it illegal to give water to someone standing in line waiting to vote. I don't know what the penalty is but why is that even illegal?
