Damn that's awesome if it was dropped, I'd still be worried the NFL suspends him. If not, he makes the 53 for sure.

And it ain't just numbers, that s**t showed up on the field the minute he did. Dude was immediately better than Thomas as an UDFA in 2019 and keeping it real, better than Kinlaw last season. I agree with you on best 3tech on the roster last season, easily.

Agreed, I have him as a lock now if he is acquitted, always did, just hadn't heard anything, thought when they signed Hurst they were worried about Givens legal issues. Hopefully it was just for more depth.

So ideally this DL should be active each week, AA, Bosa, Ebukam, Key(Dee if Healthy), Kinlaw, Jones, Kerr, Hurst, Givens. Only activate 3 LBs since Harris & Hufanga can play LB if needed. I would keep just 4 true LBs on the 53.

And the great thing with Givens is he's making just $780K this year, he's a ERFA in 2022 would be just $895K, RFA in 2023.

Interesting. I know this isn't the thread for it but which 4 you keeping? Warner, Dre, Azeez and...... Flannigan, Gerry or what's that guys name, Burgess? LOL, I see your point as I typed that, I think I'd go DFF for the youth and I loved the way he earned the spot last year

It depends on how well Flannigan-Fowles, Gerry, & Burgess play, I won't rule out Hilliard or Sullivan. I want to say Azeez is a lock, but you never know, only true locks are Warner and Dre. So I would keep, right now, Fred, Dre, Azeez, and either Gerry or Burgess based on experience, keep Gerry, Hilliard & Sullivan on PS, maybe DFF over Gerry, idk though, it's a tough one. I can see them keeping 5, but, with other positions so stacked, not wanting to risk exposing players to waivers, plus 2 guys(Harris & Hufanga) who can play LB, 4 seems more sensible.

Plus they could use Ebukam at SLB at times, so say we go with, usually, Bosa & Ebukam, but we also have a healthy Dee, so put Ebukam at SLB with Fred & Dre, have Bosa & Dee on the EDGE, with AA and Kinlaw in the middle. So many combinations.

DT wise? Yes, and Kinlaw, Givens and Hurst are young, Jones is still, Kerr's a vet, plus AA you put him in there. I really don't see the DL as a weakness I think we will be fine this season on defense. I have faith in AA, Bosa and Ebukam off the edge and Key too. If Dee gives us anything close to 2019, we're golden, I'll be so f**king happy if he's ready to go like by week 4 if he is on short term IR. Not worried about the LBs, CB is a worry a bit, Verrett needs to stay healthy, and Moseley needs to improve. I love K'Waun, top 3 Slot CB IMO, I love the rooks Thomas & Lenoir. I like that Ward is ready to just be a monster this season, hope Tartt stays healthy, if not Moore can fill in, Hufanga as well, Harris at SLB if needed. I feel real good about this season, whether Jimmy or Trey ends up as the starter when it's all said and done.

Give this man some more playing time. He has earned it.

Not sure what happened with his court case but I would doubt he does. Maybe 1 game

Good news is his name disappeared from the docket. As noted, depends on Goodell. Hopefully he will recall the injury yr we had last yr and have received enough punishment already. I hope he does the right thing...for a change.
