McKinnon no, we lose $2.6M if we cut him, not worth it, take for instance Forrest Lamp has had knee injury issues for 2 years, and is finally playing for the Chargers, so I'm not given up on Jet, yet anyway.
Goodwin no, no other WR has his speed, and he's reliable
Celek agreed but won't happen unless he passes a physical, they don't save any cap room if he's injured.
We've already lost McKinnon's salary. That money is getting spent whether he's on the team, on IR or cut.
The question is, do we lose another player as well.
If the team doesn't think he's coming back then they could move on.
But if they do move on it's more likely they long term IR him again and then decide next offseason.
