UPDATE: 11 games in the book, the ratings and rankings are pretty consistent now with.
The first number (#) is the overall ranking. The second is their first-week rating. The third is the current rating.

For those not familiar with their rating, it is a sliding scale: Roughly; 60+ is average. 70+ = above average. 80+ = "high quality." 90+ = elite.

* an insufficient number of snaps for actual ranking. Listed number is where they would be if sufficient snaps.

You're welcome.

So the grading system is cumulative or it's just the grade for that specific week?

Good question. It is cumulative. I'll add to OP.

Thanks. Man, PFF is a tough grader. Kwon 32 and Buck 52. Sherman at 49 with a pick 6. Yikes.

Sherman had 3 penalties. Kwon disqualified on bad hit. Buck?????

Small sample size. Expect all three of those guys to have much better grades this week.
Person at 84 No one expected that
Pretty spot on, on most of em.
Thanks Dj, i look forward to seeing your thread on how the PFF scores are going. I never go back and check current game to previous games. Really like your idea and thanks for taking the time to do it. Some of the lower scores seem unjustified, but they got most of the good performances. Person PFF surprised , but not :
Kittle
Spoon
Bosa.
Ford

Would have expected higher grades for our LBs as a group altho Dre and Nzeocha were pretty close to what we saw. RBs looked like they got rated poorly but fairly Same for JimmyG.

Kwon, of course, was an outlier and not really applicabable. While in he played well.

Buckner at 52 seemed low. Man he got lots of doubles. Otherwise, PFF seemed ok.. So, anxious to see how this comes out. Thanks.
I thought it was pretty fair.
Person, Bosa, Armstead grades were a bit surprising.
Maybe Person had great positioning, but it didn't seem like Suh/Vea were slowed down any.
I thought Bosa and Armstead were both 70s. Though, I can understand downgrading Armstead for his play on the outside.
Solly sux
Week 2 numbers are up. Due to still small sample size, the rankings and ratings can change quickly for another game or two.

Some notables at this point:
Mostert showing up in the top 10 due to high running and receiving grades.
Person bears watching. Excellent grade in first game. Not so good yesterday. Still "above average" overall.
Richburg showed improvement against high quality opponents.

Witherspoon with another high quality game.
Greenlaw has had two good, consistent games. Continues to show high promise.
Warner graded low against the run two weeks in a row. ???
Nzeocha has two good games in relief. Nice.
Armstead continues his best season yet.
Blair followed an "average" game with a "high quality" game. Which one will he be next?
Thomas showed notable improvement in the second game.

I havn't seen him in on tackles and standing out the past two games.
I'd be interested to see how they rate players for different teams i.e. I wonder if there's favourable bias for the Patriots players or how the quality of opposition impacts grading.

We blew out the Bengals just as the Pats blew out the Fins and the Bengals are a better team, I'm not sure how that's covered?
