I was calling 2-0 since before the season started. We all know the Bucs and Bengals are trash. Some people were trying to make them seem like some juggernauts though lol

Bucs aren't horrible. That d is much improved and their o is formidable when they're not turning it over left and right.

They're not horrible but they were a last place team last year, as were the Bucs. I picked us to go 10-6, and I don't expect us to win against the Rams, nor in Seattle or Nawleans. That means we've gotta win games like these.

What has Seattle shown you that they're an automatic loss?

Staley's injury is 1000 times more significant than Tevon Coleman's injury. The drop off between Staley and our 4th best tackle is major. Optimistically, Staley only misses 6-7 games, but that's going to have a huge impact on what we do on offense. The margin for error is very thin in the NFC if we want to be a playoff team and this injury could end up being the difference between 9-7 and missing the playoffs or 10-6 and being a wildcard.

Staley is still very good, but hes not 2012 Joe Staley anymore. Its going to be a drop off obviously, but if we move McGlinchey to LT, we'll be ok. Kyle will just have to adjust the game plan to feature more 3 step drop, quick release type plays if Skule looks overmatched.

He'll probably miss around 5 games, considering one week is a bye. This isn't really a doom and gloom injury.

Carroll always seems to win games he should lose.

More importantly, we haven't won in Seattle in so long I think my nephew graduated high school, college, and then went on to establish a career and head towards middle age since our last win.

Stanley is still a more than capable starting NFL LT with years of experience. Skule is a rookie that got owned by NFL scrubs in the preseason. There will be a huge drop off imo.
Any update on Dee Ford?

Yeah it's clear Pettis pissed Kyle off.

Oh yeah, I dumped his ass on my FFL.

Wow, so is Pettis in the game?

If he is, Garoppolo sure isn't looking his way. That's for damn sure.

Doesn't make sense.
When he's played he's made plays.

Really would hope Kyle's ego isn't going overboard on this.
Gotta work with talent even if they are different.

Nothing to do with Kyle. It's about who JG has chemistry with. It ain't Pettis...at all.

Really concerned about our LT position now. We've been on a roll being 2-0..
s**t luck.
Wonder who we put in?

SF was the 2nd worst team in football last yr...Seattle is not a good team.

McGlinchey will likely slide to LT, and Skule will go to RT. Not saying there isn't much dropoff at that position, but the line as a unit is still solid.

When was the last time we won in Seattle?

Right? They had a last min win at home to beat a Cinci team SF just put 41 pts on...and they beat a Pitt team with mason Rudolph at QB (by 2 pts).

That team isn't good

But it will be fun to beat them when their fans think they are going to be good.

When was the last time SF won a game on the road (on the east coast)? 2014. When's the last time they went 2-0 to start a season?

Who gives a s**t about the past, that Seattle team isn't close to who they were. They should be 0-2 right now.
