They got more, a lot more than Myles Garrett. Funny how we just missed on Myles...i wanted him bad....but then Kyler murray and KK came along and we got Nicky B. Go figure. Anyone thinking this is a pushover game, don't. Their D is awesome. But then again, we have played some of the best DLs anywhere, and that includes PS against the Denver gang. And they were ultra tough. Von MIller and his two buds just beat us up.

So yes, Browns don't have the great record and Baker will never be in the JimmyG category. But theiir D....lookout.

I think this is a game where we should win, the good teams do win. I don't think it will be a blow out but I don't know how Mayfield plans on having any production against our defense.

Reason Browns worry me is they still have a lot of talent. So any mistakes we make could end up big ones real quick.

Miss an assignment on OBJ and it could be a quick 6.
Miss a block on offense and their pass rush could get there real quick.

Hopefully we come out excited to show everyone the new and improved niners on MNF and win an impressive and mistake free game on our end. Browns can make lots of mistakes

I'll be so disappointed that if after a bye we come out sloppy. If we have more boneheaded mistakes - then we deserve to lose and show that we aren't ready to play with the big boys yet.

With that said, I think the team is going to come out firing on all cylinders and put on a show 😎

At first glance, i thot the schedule was really against us...bye game in week 4. Now with nicks and whatever, it gives us an extra week without Joe, it helps Hurd get better, it takes a week off Spoon's recovery, helps TT, and gives the OL another week to work with Skule. I know later in season we will wish we had a bye , but for right now, it is coming at a very favorable time.

My biggest fear for the Browns game is our recent history of playing like dogmeat coming out of the bye week.

In 2012, we tied the Rams. We finished 11-4-1.
In 2013, we lost. We finished 12-4.
In 2014, we lost. We finished 8-8.
In 2015, we lost.
In 2016, we lost.
In 2017, we lost.
In 2018, we lost.

In fact, we haven't won a game coming out of the bye week since 2011, when we finished 13-3. At least the team we beat was the Cleveland Browns.

might? they are, it wont be easy if the offense doesnt show up. O cant be as bad as they were against the steelers, Browns will put up points, too much talent on that team. I still think our d will make it hell for Mayfield and that oline and if our offense can be legit were winning no question.

Their secondary is meh, at best. Their offensive line is beat up and not very strong at tackle. We should win this one, but they still have to show up and play the game.
