Is there a real Bias against the 49ers in the NFL and Media

To no one's surprise, majority of ESPN's writers/analysts have picked KC to win. Lol of course the reporters for the Vikings, Packers, and Seahawks picked KC.

Good. We have been underdogs all year. I don't agree with their arguments but I much prefer to be underdogs.

if the Chiefs are unstoppable why is their offence not ranked no1?

Oh are they not? I thought they were historically best all time of any era based on what I was hearing about Mahones and speed of recievers and best TE in football Kelce and how no Defense can stop them? I was certain. I did my research by listening to ALL of the national media and I'm pretty sure they are the best ever! Better check your data.

One team is in the top 5 for total team offense and defense according to nfl.com's stats and other team isn't on either list. The other team is getting propped up by all the Patrick "Jordan" Mahomes hype and I know the 49ers will thrive on the underdog mentality. I hope it will be like watching 11 uncaged beasts on defense with Sherman ripping the media after the game.

I believe so but they would rather blame ford just like the falcons blamed Kyle for what happened smh

I mean....lets be real here. I love Ford as much as the next guy, but his bonehead mistake cost his team a trip to the Superbowl last year. There is really no other way around it.

If a guys hand being a few inches too far forward "cost you the game" ….you never deserved to win in the first place.

I think there is real hatred and animosity towards California based teams. Perhaps due to politics, the area itself being expensive to live in, or maybe the rich stuck up people here. The "techies".

Which unfortunately, I can't really make fun of them that much, because I am one of these techies. I also think the recent success of the Warriors in the NBA made it even worse. The Bay Area has become the evil sports town similar to Boston.

This probably explains a lot of the animosity in the media. I think it was pretty predictable that no one is giving us a chance, and they expect Mahomes to blow us out.

California has always been the butt of jokes for much of the country. They've been called the land of fruits and nuts for as long as I can remember. Most of it is jealousy because of the great weather and huge economy. Things that start in California and get laughed at around the country often end up being a major part of society everywhere. Smog devices on cars is just one example. The state also has a lot of pro sports teams that have been really successful so if you live in a state that hasn't had a lot of success and has crappy weather almost all year, you're bound to be envious.

I don't think I've ever seen any part of Nebraska other than their football stadium. They don't have a lot of landmarks to show when they come back from a commercial break like most teams do. You can only look at a cornfield for so long.

Depends. Not having a neighbor for miles, no homeless people s**tting in the street and no smog mucking up a sunrise. Seems pretty nice to me
