I don't get them from the NFLPA site, I get them from legit NFL sources.

Just want to make sure our fans are getting the most reliable and accurate information. I suggest sticking with sites like https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/san-francisco-49ers/cap/ and https://www.nflpa.com/public-salary-cap-report But everyone is free to do as they please, prost!
