Kyle makes great halftime adjustments. The Harbaugh teams lacked that badly. The halftime report that he ran off the field to get to the board to make his adjustments made me confident we'd close them out

The Rams were in that game until we scored.

The patriots o line would not be able to stop our front four. If we are healthy, and we meet them there, it would not be good for them, Brady would be getting sacked repeatedly. We have the kind of defense that is the best for playing Belicheck teams, bigtime pass rush, speed and discipline in coverage.
Imagine the 2016 Falcons offense with the 2013 Seahawks defense and that's what Shanahan is trying to build. An offense that puts up points and a defense that can just send waves of fresh bodies at the QB.

Just want to add--with a more dominant run game
Better than a home game. by far. Except for the s**tty stadium.

I was being serious. They are not Super Bowl contenders with this roster they have imo. They need to rebuild their OL and their defensive backfield if they want to contend with the rising 49ers. Goff needs to continue his development where if he doesn't have a great running game, can he be a playmaking QB that his salary suggests he is. I'm not saying they are a sub-500 team, but they are not big time playoff contenders like they were in 2017/18.

They were dumb enough to let two of their three best OL go and it's over for them. Good!

ok, Thl, we're on the same page for the rams. They made a couple serious mistakes in talent. I know they were probably overdrawn on their checking account, and couldn't afford them, but....

Letting those two OLs, (OG and C) go was horrocious mistake.

Letting Suh go, even tho he was a one yr rental....that removed the most awesome duo in DLines, of the current era. Sure Suh problably got zillions of $$ and no way the rams could afford it. But maybe , just maybe, they should have let some other player go to keep Donald and Suh together .We already beat Suh in Tampa and now Donald in LA. Both out of town games. Wow.

Those three players...the rams just killed themselves by letting them walk. Their OL got a tiny taste of our OLs the last number of yrs, once those two guys boogied. And once Suh left , Donald is all pro. But he is nowhere near half as good as Suh + Donald.

Also as it turns out, even if the two OLs woulld have stayed on, they would have fared no better than the ram OL yesterday.

So yes, rams are done , SB run has run. Now they can sit back and watch how the 9ers do it.

And Mcvay has been nice enough to say he learned everything from Kyle. But no question, Mcvay cannot carry kyle's Jock strap. Nor will he ever. He's a good OC/HC, but just isn't in the same league as kyle.

Lynch was getting ripped by a lot of people on this forum for not doing more in the off season and maybe over paying for Ford but so far it looks like all his moves are working. Best of all, if we keep winning that 2nd rounder for Ford is going to be really late.
You have to laugh,,,,Kittle's reception at 14:40 into the 2nd quarter at the rams 35 yard line, and after a few hits, he still takes to the rams 11. You see Goodwin at the end of the run just standing there, in disbelief that Kittle took it that far. If Goodwin was prepared and makes one block, Kittle scores.
WOW

The Goff contract is going to kill the Rams. At best he's Drew Bledsoe, but I think might be too high of praise. Maybe he's Joe Flacco, though he may never have a special streak of 3-4 games and win a SB. Like Joe Flacco, his contract is going to kill his team's competitiveness.

mcvay isn't a bad coach. I think it's the front office for not investing in the offensive line. Rams still have to pay peters big money. Woods is gonna want a new contract. We have a better front office then then for sure

No wonder nobody wants to give us props.

They were explaining why they were WRONG, not why we are DOMINANT.

Excuses, excuses.
