Yes I am a pessimist and maybe the last loss comes in week 17 when we rest our starters.

The only way we go 12-4 while resting our starters against Seattle in week 17 is if Seattle looses 3 of their next 5 games. We would need a 2 game lead on them going into week 17 for that to even be an option (to rest starters), as they would hold the tie breaker.
Even then, if we are 12-3 going into week 17, that means we likely dropped a game to GB, NO, or both. That means we'd likely be playing for a first round bye. I'd rather have a 1st round bye than rest starters on week 17.
I'm hoping we beat GB and NO and go into week 17 at 14-1 or 13-2 with a chance to rest starters in week 17 and get a 1st round bye :-)

You forgot to mention the Ravens game. Probably the hardest one

Mentioned this just now on @KNBR and story for Friday: #49ers about to play the toughest 3-game stretch this late in the season in NFL history. No team has played three straight games against teams with an .800+ winning percentage this late in the season in the Super Bowl era.

What's more, only four teams -- the 2007 Lions, 1999 Browns, 1990 Redskins and 1990 Vikings -- in the Super Bowl era have played three such games (not consecutively) in their 11th game or later.

Not likely. They'll say how we benefited from an easy early schedule and were always a little over rated. I just heard Colin Cowherd who has been on the Niner bandwagon say that maybe the defense isn't as good as thought because they have trouble with running QB's. Really. Who doesn't? We held Murray to lower passing numbers than any team except the Giants who limited him to 21 attempts. Wilson was held to 232 yards and didn't have any of those big pass plays off of scrambles that he is famous for. Sounds like we handled the runners better than almost anyone.

The good news is, we have a lot of key injuries right now...Kittle, Kwon, Ford, Sanders...
C'mon Kittle, get healthy buddy! We need you!

Yeah, but they are AFC. If we are going to lose any of the next 3 games... that would be the best one to lose.
