Saleh has the horses now and his defense is shining.
If this D has a bad week, Saleh will take the brunt of the blame. When they play well like they have been though, the talent takes the brunt of the credit. Funny how that works right?
Stick to question, evil.
Credit goes around to everyone involved, from position coaches (Demeco Ryan's and Holland included) to talent to Saleh himself and to John and Kyle and everyone involved in talent acquisition.
Some fail to realize Saleh formulates the final game plan and is responsible for the adjustments. Sherm has been sincere and genuine in talking up Saleh since he got here, and labeled him a genius because of his meticulous attention to detail, his understanding of the opposition and their nuances and tendencies.
Everyone is coming together to make this all work at the level it is. But if and when we have a bad showing on D, Saleh will be the fall guy for most of our fans yet they don't want to fully credit the guy when we play at a high level. Talent alone did not hold the leagues 2nd best passing attack to 78 yards yesterday, that is also on game planning, preparation and adjusting and adapting with the ebb and flow of the game.

Bosa is either double teamed or bulldozing 325 pound tackles into the qb's grill. I've never seen anything like it. Offenses need 6 lineman to double team ford bosa buck and leave the other guy to a rb. Is Bosa actually deacon jones channelled into a white dude? No explanation.

Pretty crazy how last year we couldn't get a sack or pick in a span of 3-5 games..
Now we get at least one or more a week.

Yep and to think they still have to contend with Buckner up the middle and a rejuvenated AA that looks like the player we drafted. They just feed off each other and when put together it's not 1 plus 1, the combination of talent has exponential results.

i still think Saleh is riding the talent of our front 7. cant remember the last time we had so much talent and depth. hard not to have success.
There were a couple of coverage breakdowns where Goff should of had 2 easy pass TDs. With the combination of the D-line being in his face all game and Goff's inability to see a wide open receiver saved us. Plus with short yardage stands we had, this game should of been really close. Had Gurley been the game, he could of picked up those yards
Not saying Saleh is a slouch but he is young and he is still learning. Its encouraging to hear Sherman's constant admiration of him so that makes me happy. I think he is learning from all his mistakes and the most successful people always say its okay to make mistakes, just dont make them twice. Use every negative experience as a lesson

When the team lacked talent, it was Saleh's fault.
Now, he gets no credit

Who wasn't there last season? Bosa, Ford and Kwon.
At the time, I felt Joe Woods was a good hire while Kocurek was an alright hire. So far both have been excellent.
I'll say player talent, though. Nothing worked last season because we couldn't rush the passer.
