I'm not ready to christen this D as the next coming of the Steel Curtain, Baltimore's D in 2000, or even the Legion of Boom.
they're a good group that's feisty, aggressive, and makes it difficult for offenses to move the ball. But there are glaring chinks in the armor. We've seen Huff a few times misread the play and allow players to run wide open on passing plays. We've seen that both J Ward and Lenoir can be vulnerable at times. If Bosa is on the sidelines, the Dline can all of a sudden disappear.
this is our best group since Shanny joined the team, but I wouldn't crown them as "all-time" just yet
