Lol this. The conditions in the first half were absolutely horrendous. Nobody was really able to get their footing. That field is garbage on a good day and they basically let it flood. I'm sure it was accidental.

Yea, one way or the other, I don't think you can take much out of this game in evaluating the offense.

You get more intangible stuff out of a game like this. Making plays when you need to make them (those 4th quarter runs), playing a more effective 2nd half, not giving the game away, etc. Just doing the extra things needed to win,

Breida got poked in the eye and was checked for a concussion. Coleman did fine, it was just one of those ugly rainy weather games.

You can't draw any conclusions regarding the offense out of game like this given the conditions. All that matters is getting the win. Games like this can easily end up 3-0 with a heavy underdog winning due to a turnover within field goal range.
