Two hours and 40 minutes. Wow I wonder if that's a record for us

Nah. Games before TV were typically 2.5 hrs, sometimes even less.

Also they ran the ball a lot more back then. Games go faster when you are running.
How lucky Kittle didn't blow out his knee trying to cutback on the water park turf

You'd think a multi-billion dollar league would have figured out how to keep balls dry between plays.

I recall a mudder yrs ago where the refs kept bringing in dry balls every 4 plays or so. Today They just put a sloppy wet towel over a soggy ball. That is poor football in an $8 billion sport.

Nothing will be easy this season.
We´re a team that has won 10 games in the last two seasons.
A win is a win.

But, I do worry about Jimmy G. 6 games in, we really do need to start elevating our pass game.

They do, but today was not the game to do it. We'll see how they do against a well rested Panthers team next Sunday.

I don't want to make a big deal out of this but Jimmy played fine the second half outside of his int. It was the same weather as the first half as far as I could tell.

He was trying to force the ball to Kittle to much in the first. Bournes basket catching made him the only other reliable target imo

And we should all go into next weeks game thinking it can be lost. CAR has been playing well with Allen and McCaffrey.

All the lawsuits are really hitting the NFL hard

John Madden would've been great calling this game.

I was at a college game last night that was crazy rain. They just swapped the ball out every play.
Man those rumors of 49ers looking to trade for a WR are going to be strong this week.

This game reminds me of the 1996 playoff game against the Eagles (14-0).

The rain and wind condition was so bad. We had Steve Young, Jerry Rice, Brent Jones, but the offense was conservative all game.
The stats doesn't matter. A win is all it matters.

This. f**k fantasy football, get the win, keep everyone healthy and go home.

This.

It is great to know Kyle can win these games, not just conservative minds like George Seifert
