Peterson had 8 carries for 49 yards on the opening drive. The rest of the game? 12 carries for 32 yards and a lost fumble. Just like last week

I'm actually more impressed with this win because of the way it had to win in the running game. When 99% of the offense has to be run between the tackles, the defense knows it, that's not our game at all. Lots of 3rd and longs and they powered through it

That field was a f**king quagmire and the conditions meant the ball was sloppy as f**k. It was an early game on the east coast in horrendous conditions without our starting tackles and fullback in conditions that made those positions key and we pulled out the win.

We did exactly what a good team should do.

You have Redskins fans that were at the game complaining about how bad the weather conditions were and how atrocious the field was and then you have folks watching on a TV screen talmbout "meh, it wasn't that bad."

Yea, it looked like a swamp out there, so I'm not sure what people expected. We also moved the ball pretty well in the second half and had 0 3-and-outs despite the conditions.

Football fans are idiots. I'm happy that they won in bad conditions on the east coast. Jimmy threw a lot better in the second half and they were able to survive what could have been a loss with one defensive slip up.
