Live it up 49ers fans as we've not been 6-0 since '90. We got something special brewing here so enjoy this win and us being first place. Dude, look at my post history in games. I'm not a negative ninny like many are here. If anything I'm overly objective in game threads. One can think through all game scenarios - including a loss in bad weather - and not be suggesting the sky is falling. The ball could have bounced either way in the game still at that point. Just saying I wasn't gonna feel DO0M3D if things didn't go well for one bad weather game.

Just like now- I'm pleased with the win, and even quite impressed under the game circumstances. Yet I'm hardly going nuts like we won a championship already, either.

Definitely need an upgrade at receiver. The guys we have will probably be better if we had a true number 1.

Funny everyone is so focused on this mythical beast that is known as a true #1 WR. I'd just be happy if JG trusted anyone else other than Kittle (and for good reason).

I agree. We have a special group. I think we are a playmaking WR away from being a SB winner. I really do.

I am not going to say Garropolo played well or wasn't at fault for some things. However, many times nobody was open. His only hope was kittle who had more than one defender on him many times.

Last week the Rams gave a slightly different look with how wide their OTs played, and the cutbacks gashed the defense on the opening drive. They adapted and shut the Rams down after that.

I suspect Washington gave a slightly tweaked look on their first drive than what the coaches saw on film, too, and then the defense adapted. Will be interesting to see if this is true when the game film is analyzed.

We need another set of reliable hands at the very least Kittle is the only one Jimmy can really trust, lots of drops, not coming back to the ball, not fighting for a 50/50 throw. Jimmy is the kind of guy who is going to ask his receivers to do that stuff. Even in the slop today it would have been really nice to have just one more set of reliable hands

I'm so tired of the notion that you are not a fan if you have issues with the way players are playing the current year. People who think JG is playing well this year are no more of a fan than those of us who think he has been very very average this year.
