WHAT I'm afraid of is the fact that there will be so much pressure on both Kyle and Jimmy that we may be heading for a down year... With all the QUESTIONS on Shanny's head, I can see him double thinking every single play calling or decisions he's going to make..

I wonder about that too, but to be fair....

There was a lot of pressure to deliver in 2019.

They had a free ride the first two years of the rebuild, but with the QB and talent on the team, Shanny and Lynch HAD to deliver a winning season or otherwise, internal discord and rumblings of job security could have possibly emerged.

Different kind of pressure now. Expectation is championship level again.

I think we will take a step back. We are likely to go down hill. This was the one to win and we didn't do it.

They could take a step back in the regular season (10-6, 11-5), but if they make the playoffs the experience from this year could mean the bounce back from the step back could both be in 2020.
The big variable here is Jimmy's growth in his second full year in shanahan's system. He gets Otas this year unlike last year.

If jimmy has same year as this year we will be a wild card type team.

I truly think he can do it and people are overreacting about his SB performance. He can grow from this and lead in the future.

This is what I've been saying as well. He is going to make leaps and bounds next year. Seattle will b tough but I can see us making it back to the super bowl honestly.
Being we were so close. Should we trade up for a day one starter who could help this team being the window closes quickly?

Like a stud corner or wr?

Dude, no. This is Lynch. You trade that 1st for all 5th round picks.

Goodwin doing his weird thing and being semi retired.Hurd getting injured. Pettis doing ABSOLUTELY NUTTIN'. Mckinnon getting easy money getting injured all the time. Taylor getting injured. Nose tackles going to IR left and right. Spoon playing great one week, then like ass the next.

Underachievers playing like pro bowlers in Warner, Arik, Moseley, etc.

Kittle and the RB core lighting the whole league up.

if ShannyLynch can pull that off with all of that , then we have something with Shannylynch.,

It isn't over.

I'm not saying it's over but it's gonna be difficult to get back. The rest of the division isn't getting worse next season.

Rams screwed themselves for awhile with that Ramsey trade.

Seahawks can have a mediocre team and win games by 3 points .

Zona...meh.

Who else in the NFC is a threat?

Vikes? GB?

Niners had the toughest schedule in the league and went all the way to the SUPER BOWL.

Yep. Think Russ with an OL, a running game, another good WR and a real defense.

yeah because seattle hits on ALL their picks

Lol. Yeah that 1st pick last year
from TCU set the league afire. Gotta resign Clowney (or not), gotta replace Wright, gotta replace Wagner soon. Prolly add a TE for Wilson, they got Lockett and DK.

Philly is a threat because Pederson is a pretty great coach. They have been hurt bad by injuries lately, but never count out a team with a solid HC.
Gotta say.. this year super bowl window has shut. Too many injuries, interior online is trash, and to make matters worse, we've been out coached several times. Better luck next year
Cl-hosed!!
We have the scheme to get there, but not the players this year. Hopefully we reload next year and make another run.
