That can only help us in the long term.

Dude, some other teams were going to be having good years! That is inevitable, nothing to do with "our luck"!
I can't believe we're hyperventilating over seeding. If you asked anyone here in the beginning of the year if they would take playoffs at whatever seed they would have jumped on it without a second thought.

I am the miserable, anxious type during game time (I only relaxed early in the 4th Q last Sunday) but even I love the fact that the team gets to prove itself against the best.
Not trying to be negative, but it's conceivable with our strength of schedule the Seachickens win the NFC West. It's crazy that I can say that when the Niners are sitting at 10-1, only lose being against them due to the worst field goal attempt in history.
Go Vikings! Ooo weee

The final game of the season will most likely be for the division and HFA. Honestly I think the Seacocks get rocked if we can stay relatively healthy

On November 25th last year the 49ers lost to the Bucs on the road and fell to 2-9. The next week they got blown out in Seattle and were 2-10. Perspective people! I agree with paul above, I don't care where they get seeded as long as they are in. The turn around from last year is incredible.

Agree, it's amazing. I saw something similar in 1981.
IF we beat The Rams and lose The other three games before Seattle and they go 3-1 (losing to Panthers or Vikings), do we win The division if we beat them on The Last game?
Hopefully Minnesota will beat Seattle this wekend
Amazing there is a possibility we could be 14-2 this season and be a wildcard team playing on the road.
Hoping the bye-week actually helped the Vikings rest up and gameplan accordingly.

I'm sure that seeing us dismantle the Packers has lifted their morale, as well. Let's do this, Vikings!!! (felt weird typing that lol)

Truth!

And the Cowboys will get in at 8-8.
IMO - it will boil down to us against our nemesis the Seahawks.

I think we can kick their butts if we're at full strength.
