I believe he's wrong on #2. We haven't clinched the #5 spot yet. Pack beat Minn on Mon. and we do.

SF can also still be 2nd or 3rd if we tie SEA.

LOL I hadn't even dreamed of that. Heck, the last game should've been a tie.

Ok if Saints win out and Seahawks win out they both end up at 13-3 but the espn playoff machine is giving the Hawks the #1 seed. How the f**k can that be when the Saints beat the Seahawks and own the head to head.

Do the Packers wind up 13-3 in your scenario? That throws out head-to-head. I'm guessing the Seahawks win the tiebreaks in that three-way race.

There is no SNF game final week of the season.

NFL can flex any game in week17. They just have to announce 6 days in advance.

No chance it's not SF v SEA. No other game decides two playoff spots for both teams in W17.

1. The Niners will win tomorrow night.
2. Then they will relax and watch the Seattle game on Sunday.
3. Next week they will go there and win and secure the #1 seed.
4. Then while Seattle plays an extra game, they will take a week off, sit in a Jacuzzi and get massages from scantily clad hot chicks at Kittles house.

This game was never in doubt. Kittle had pre-ordered the hot chicks and there is a non-refundable deposit. There is no way they are missing this party.

I assume Sea will beat Ari, so a tie would see us lose the tiebreaker with Seattle....gotta go win.
oh wait, so if seattle loses tomorrow, goes to 11-4, it doesnt matter. because if they beat us and we fall to 12-4, they have the tiebreaker. got it.

Yea their game vs Arizona doesn't matter for us at all really. But if they did lose to Arizona and beat us. They would still end up getting the second seed if Saints win out or finish with the same record . And maybe even third seed if packers have the tie breaker over them . Small consolation prize would be seahawks not being the 1 seed

For sure. That bye week will be crucial for many of our players. Then winning two home games would become very realistic.

We need the bye bad - we can realistically get Ford back.
