Biggest individual surprise of the season

Armstead has always showed he can bullrush people into the QB, the niners just never had a line that let him get consistent 1v1s to have that make an impact.

Bosa to me is the biggest surprise... we knew he'd be good but this good? A game wrecker in his first year... a couple breakdowns against Winston or a sore ankle away from possibly leading the league in sacks. Even if he gets blocked his second attempt keeps QBs from getting that backyard football type long pass. Or just look at how he is starting to Watt it up by adding blocked passes to his game, multiple times yesterday he was jumping up getting hands in the air to force the QB to change his trajectory. Even for a consensus #1 pick he is exceeding all expectations and on pace for one of the most impressive rookie seasons in recent memory.
Of those listed, I went with Armstead. But I would say what Skule and Brunskil have done is the biggest surprise.

AA being dominant is a surprise.

Did you expect Bosa to pull a jj watt in the first 7 games on a sore ankle?

Me and 99% of the fans didn't

Could have included skule, brunskill and many more but only did it with the ones that impressed me the most, as it is totally subjective.

And the guards not only have been lights out but also have been there every snap, while the ots only for the last few games. And I feel like skule got rushed by a few times as well
Yup, add the backup OT's for holding down the fort
I would say Bosa. Absolutely nobody expected him to be this good. Just the fact that he's played in every game so far is surprising after the issues he had in TC/Preseason.

My second pick would be Moseley, but I remember him getting some hype from people that watched him in TC.

This+++++++++++++++++++++++
Bosa.

I figured he had a chance to be great with his variety of pass rush moves and the superb technique he uses, but I don't think anyone can ever say any rookie coming in is ever going to have the impact that he has had so far.

I'm happy that chumpstead woke up in his contract year and decided to play football instead of riding a hospital taxi.Next year he will start to get dinged again guaranteed. And the only reason he is tearing it up is because multiple blockers are worried about the BOSALANCHE collapsing the left side every 3 snaps.

Trust me this guy crawls back in the swamp next year...
Garoppolo and his once a week costly turnover.
I also was glad to see Alexander performing at top level coming off an ACL, didn't expect that one
Skule

And of course he's not up there lol
Both back up tackles
Mosley
AA
Bosa

In that order
Im on board with everyone else.

Skule and Brunskill
Bosa wadn't no surprise... dude was rushin' the passer when his momma was still wiping his nose...
Entering the season i thought oline depth was our biggest need. Next was corner depth if Verrett didnt plan out.

So i vote for the 2 tackles and Moseley
