With the new CBA I'm guessing no more Thursday games

I hope so, they're freaking dumb.

They can do Thursday night football if whoever is playing comes off a bye week.

Or swap the Thursday night football for a 18 game schedule.

They won away on a short week against a division rival.
8-0 with 5 game away.
It was the trap game by excellence.
Great job. And again without the two starting tackles and the fullback. Awesome.
If you told me when Joe injured his leg against the Bengals that they would be undefeated without him, I wouldn´t believe it.
Watched the game from overseas, ( Thailand ), this AM on prime. It seemed like it always cut out just before a big play by either team, oh well, it was still good to see. As most have said they played good enough to win on a short week, Hopefully our injuries are not to bad. Now to get some rest and formulate a great game plan against the Sea Clucks....go Niners

This. I think they'll be ready for them when they come to Levis in two weeks. The Cardinals on the other hand now know that Garoppolo can torch them so they have to decide if they want to continue to completely sellout to stop the run or play more balanced on defense.

This. If Garrapplo didn't rise to the challenge, was inaccurate, etc then that would've been the blueprint to stop this offense. I'm not even sure this team is truly slowed down because we were about at our season average in points. With both our starting tackles and Juice back soon, I'm wondering if teams are really going to try and do what Arizona did. As for defense, everybody doesn't have a Kyler Murray, so teams are going to be SOL with that pass rush coming at them.

Lol at the idiots saying "if not for the timeout, cardinals would've won"

Yeah, because the second half would've played out the exact way it did.

And if my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle.

F@ck the haters, let em hate its what they do best

Short weeks are often tough on defenses. Like stated above, it was a divisional win in their house on a short week. I'll take it. The team now gets 11 days before their next game and play the Cardinals once again after the Seahawks. This game will be a nice learning experience for them and give them something to be coached up on. Not too mention we will be getting some players back healthy for their next game.

A team learns way more from games like this than they do 51-13 beat downs.

I'm glad this game was before the Seattle game. Gives the defense a chance to prepare for a running QB like Wilson. I hope Saleh can make his adjustments. I'm real glad we are at home for this one though.

Well we got Wilson twice, Rodgers, and Jackson coming up. All these guys are capable of running efficiently.

This game will be a blessing in disguise for the defense. Now we have time to adjust to our mistakes and weaknesses against a mobile QB before taking on Wilson next week, Murray again the following week and Lamar Jackson the week after that. I bet the defense won't do the same mistakes as last night's game.

Totally agree
Close to losing without losing. Dodged a bullet, but it's an opportunity to get better! Glad it happened now than find out our holes late in the season.
