what do you think about Dee Ford spying on him?

Gotta look at the film. Was watching the game with one eye because of Halloween.

Yeah he'll be a pain in the ass. I get people being happy that the 49ers got Bosa but I was warning about being overjoyed that Arizona drafted Murray. People were like "Bosa just gonna sack him." Nah, that rare combination of speed and agility is going to suck to have to defend against twice a year for years to come. Once he learns to step up into the pocket more often, he'll be really tough to handle.

I fully agree. Lamar Jackson plays like an RB so he will have the shelf-life of an RB. Murray will dive or slide to avoid a hit. He will be around a while.

I was wondering about this. Last night was the first game I could remember that Ford and Bosa kept switching sides. Was it to spy?

Let's take another moment to lol at KK for calling a timeout and allowing the 49ers to have another crack at 4th and goal at the end of the half. lol

If the 49ers score a TD on that play and then get stuffed after the TO, he'd look like a transcendent genius. Its just the ups and downs of football, he wanted to see what play the 49ers were going to use and get them off their best play and it ended up biting him in the ass. I thought blowing a timeout on challenging that call late in the 4th was far more egregious and truly boneheaded.

Agreed. That challenge was just dumb. The play ended OOB also just dumb

they were definitely focused on double-teaming bosa, that's for sure. like, REALLY focused. I wonder if that's why he was being moved around

True, it worked out in the 49ers favor which is why we can laugh about it. Same when coaches call timeout to ice a kicker and he ends up making it on the second try.

Agreed. So happy Kyle Shanahan is the head coach of the 49ers. Wanted his dad to be our head coach 25 years ago and glad we got Kyle now instead.

I think it had more to do with Arizona moving the pocket to Murray's right to avoid Bosa all together. I only saw it late in the game where we moved Bosa to that side and it was just before the snap.

I didn't think rookie RWilson would be able to sustain his style of play with all the out of structure success and I was wrong. With the way Murray protects himself and ability to throw when on the move he's going to be a thorn in this division. I hope I'm wrong.

Murray will absolutely be a threat long-term. He's got a lightnight quick release with a rocket arm and essentially 4.3 speed as a runner. He was sacked only 18 times his whole college career, and that scramble ability will be a huge benefit to the Cardinal team with that offense.

Any player who can buy 5+ seconds to throw the ball on almost any given play is an extremely dangerous player. Especially against man coverage where they can take off for easy first downs. Think Colin Kaepernick speed and arm strength with Russell Wilson agility. That's what Murray is. His upside is enormous, and his growth into an NFL player could be something scary to watch.

I would have responded in kind no doubt without the cussing. I like some trash talk banter if someone else is going to start it.

He's been sacked 29 times in the NFL which is all that matters. He's quick but the NFL defenders are fast too. He also goes down fairly easily when he's hit because of his size. Buckner brought him down with one hand.

I don't get all this stuff about the Niners being upset after being 'torched' by Murray. He had one long pass play that was a bad mistake by the defender . At best it should have been a 20 yard completion but it turned into an 88 yard TD. Even with that he only threw for 204 yards. I wouldn't call that torched. He had 35 yards rushing but he never really broke a long one. They need to make huge improvements to the O line for him to have a long career.
