The Cards had some nice drives but they ended up with 200 net passing yards and nearly half that came on one play. The horse collar tackle gave them new life on the opening drive (no penalty, it's a 51 yard FG attempt).
We have been susceptible to the run all season. But most teams aren't willing to stick with it (or the games aren't close enough for it to matter). Seattle will stick with it. Baltimore will too. Unless we jump out and put points on the board.
Losing Kwon sucks as far as pass coverage goes but he was average against the run. Warner is excellent in coverage. Greenlaw has to play run first and wrap up.
Bottom line - Seattle can exploit our defense with an effective run game. They are going to want to control the ball and shorten the game. But their defense is awful against the pass and I think we can put up 27+ on them. That should be enough.
