They can start by keeping us healthy from here on out. I think we've had to weather enough injuries this season.

Just 1 big loss so far , hopefully that's it

The Pats loosing only means there's another team for the media to consider being better than us. I can shady see the NFL power rankings

1. Saints
2. Pats
3, Ravens
4. 49ers

Nah it'll be, as it should:

1. Saints
2. 49ers
3. Ravens
4. Patriots
If we keep winning, what are going to use as fuel to carry us through the playoffs? We need to drop a few games that make people doubt us, and carry that disrespect feels through the playoffs. Pats do that s**t every year, it's their secret sauce.

Why can't the pursuit of perfection be that motivation?

They will doubt us if we stay perfect too though, and the sting of that disrespect may be even stronger motivation. I'm sure we will lose at least two games at some point, but I see no reason to start on purpose.

Kwon yeah but before the regular season you had Taylor and Hurd. Taylor was expected to be the money down guy. Coleman our swing tackle gets hurt.

Then we've been without Staley and Mcglinchy for good stretches. Losing one tackle for a stretch is detrimental enough for an oline. We've been down Witherspoon and although Moseley has filled in admirably, Witherspoon was playing at a pro bowl level. Then Juice who is the unsung hero of our offense.

I want to get these guys back and for once have a little luck in the injury department down the stretch.

I felt like we had another W yesterday with the Ravens taking down the Pats!

FEELS GOOD, BABY!!!
Amazing that a .500 record in the second half and we're 12-4. I honestly think this team is gonna win 13-14 games, secure the number one seed and be in top contention for a super bowl.
Is the Packers game getting flexed?

I think you need to be 14-2 to get the #1. Saints schedule is a cake walk for them. Maybe only 2 potential losses on there.
When was the last time the 49ers were the only team undefeated in the NFL?

Watching Jackson run the ball thru PATS D ...wow, don't recall a RB /QB that big, strong, and determined ever before. He just looks unstoppable, and is most dangerous when he seems penned up with a big rush. With wide 9s , it looks like he could run for 200+ yds. I hope we don't use wide 9s against him.

Agree that could be our hardest game altho it won't be a picnic against N.O nor SEA twice. Rams? Think we beat them. Kyle has mcVay's number, and their OL is about 60% as good as last yr. First game was not based on luck. N.O, SEA x2, and Ravens all look like the real deal. If we win half of those games we should feel like a job well done. Ravens DL? Looks a lot like ours once the ball is snapped, except it looks like they got 4 giants on the DL.

We have to factor in NO KWON. That alone is a huge blow. With KWON in, the passes across the middle....just became a non issue. We now once again have that hole. If we could manage 50% Ws of those 4 games, i'd be ecstatic. We gotta win one against SEA...but i hope for 2. Missing KWON is going to make these Ws a real challenge.
