Yes, you are right he wasn't the HC then, but the fact that he is now the HC made it even worse. Why? It was blatantly obvious he panicked and you could literally see it in his face. You thought Bill Belichick might have already taught him of what not to do, but hell no. He basically proceeded to go into a full Falcons Super Bowl meltdown mode yet again.

Bill just got blown out by the ravens

And boy did he panic like a MF'r...both he and Brady damn near vomited all over each other

If Sanders and Kittle are still out, they might lose this game. Hate to say it, but its true. This is the worst receiving unit in the NFL.

I don't know.

I think they might not stack the box because they feel sorry for us.

I expect it to be close.
Thank God we are onto Arizona! I am tired of thinking of our frustrating heartbreaking loss... Can't wait to get back on track against Arizona.
If Sanders is out, I hope we use James at WR. Not sure why we didn't use him at all the last game.

Yes, he did, But, he has also won 6 Super Bowls. Kyle Shanahan is nowhere near that level yet. Subsequent to the Falcons' Super Bowl loss, he met up with Bill and Bill tried to explain to him what went wrong with his decision making. Shanahan needs to learn from these wiser heads. He is still a kid relatively speaking. May be he needs to have a long chat with his own dad.

Point being every coach has a bad game. Kyle has had a lot more good than bad

I never said Kyle had more bad than good.

Problem is he is not learning from his mistakes.

So, he fxxked up a Super Bowl and the GOAT head coach took him through it and explained to him what he shouldn't have done. And again in this Seattle game, he had yet another meltdown. It wasn't anything super complex, it was game or more specifically clock management 101 in the very last drive. It is impossible to lose a game with 1:50 to go and a fresh set of downs when the game is tied. I don't know what else to tell you.

It certainly should be.

The more I sleep on it, the more this seems like a "hold my beer" moment.

Im anxious to see how we play on Sunday, this week is going to suck until then.
Please use Coleman as a bellcow ..... you guys could tell that Jimmy was missing him in OT. He wanted to hit those checkdowns and get some more passes to the rb. Have to be able to pass more to the rb. If the OL is still shaky expect to see Coleman have a big day receiving

He had a total of 40 yards yes, you minus 22 yards from that one long run and he ends up 18 yards on 8 attempts, and that my friend is only 2.2 yards per attempt. I agreed he should have had more attempts but they were stacking the box and taking away the run game. You're making it sounded like everytime he touched the ball he was gaining 4.5 yards all the time, he didn't. We needed WR playmakers to make plays when needed to but we didn't have any.

He was gaining 4 yards on almost every run though that's not bad at all. All the pressure was on Jimmy which is why they shouldn't have stopped using the rbs. A rb helps takes tremendous pressure of Jimmy.

I'd use a hell a screens on Sunday to keep the pass rush at bay.

I don't know whether you saw an earlier post of mine. But, we better hope the team isn't suffering from any Seahawks Hangover Syndrome because you will never quite know how the players will react to any given loss.

If we, as fans can feel this bad, imagine if you were a player. That was one hell of a demoralizing and heart-breaking loss. If we are not careful, it could kickstart a slide or even losing streak. Let's hope that is not the case.

Agreed, idk why they aren't passing to the backs more. In situations where Jimmy is rattled, just call easy pitch and catches for the rb. We saw two weeks ago that Coleman can take an easy 5 yard out route for a first down

I heard we're signing Kaepernick to play receiver.
Is this the 49ers vs seahawks thread?

Was hoping to move on from all the complaining

AZ is going to get stomped in our house. The defense has film and will make the adjustments. Jimmy chewed their defense up last game. AZ has to account for our passing and running this time and won't stop both.
