A lot of it has to do with the draft.
When you draft a lot of high character dudes they just tend to be softer than other dudes.

It's just the culture of the team. You need tough dudes to even it out. Goodwin, pettis, sanders. They're all soft. Kittle, and deebo, and hurd, and James are tough.
