Jusczheck ...as you see, i just can't spell it. And besides Au jus is "with juice" in French, and Au jus brings it "with juice " (sauce or gravy) when he decks some pass rusher, or better yet some LB or CB.

2020 E. Sanders #3 & #4
Three consecutive years examining the top 4 rounds. Would typically involve 12 players. 12 of your top prospects. Well we spent 6 on WR. Not enough?
As you know, Kyle was a WR at my alma mater, the HORNS. (Longhorns). So he should really know WRs. What is wild is that he (or his dad) can go down to walmart parking lot and pick up 3 guys, bring them back to practice field and 2 of them will end up starting at RB.. He just has a knack for nailing really good RBs.
But with WRs, it's another story. Actually I've posted before i wouldn't be surprised if instead of a high pick WR in draft if we don't go TE. They are more durable, some like kittle can play TE/WR/RB. And they tend to not be as fragile upstairs as some of the well known star WRs. (AB sure was one, and TO was another). TEs seem to be more thotful , durable and if you get the right one, can catch anything. With WRs it just seems hit and miss.

Other than Sanders, and if he gets more consistent, Deebo(too many drops) , we have the worst receiving corps in the league on a day to day basis. Every one of them shows a flash now and then, but generally they suck donkey balls. Poor routes, bad hands(effort), or no fight, and Pettis shows all three.
Just throw to the TE's and RB's. Don't even put a WR on the field today if Sanders isn't healthy.
Oops, did I think that out loud? I may be a tad disgusted by our so called stable of WRs.

OffenseTotal offensive snaps: 77
Quarterback – Jimmy Garoppolo 77
Running back – Kyle Juszczyk 41, Tevin Coleman 38, Raheem Mostert 38, Jeff Wilson 1
Wide receiver – Deebo Samuel 61, Kendrick Bourne 42, Emmanuel Sanders 36, Marquise Goodwin 23, Richie James 10, Dante Pettis 2
Tight end – Ross Dwelley 69, Garrett Celek 23, Levine Toilolo 1
Offensive line – Laken Tomlinson 77, Mike Person 77, Mike McGlinchey 77, Justin Skule 77, Weston Richburg 77
Did not play – QB Nick Mullens, Ben Garland
So perhaps the solution to the problem was...lots of reps on the Jugs Machine this week and giving Pettis and Goodwin minimal reps.

Too bad we're past the trade deadline, Boyd would be great on this squad.

Not sure of the snap counts but with Goodwin inactive and Pettis getting minimal snaps I noticed something interesting on the game statline:
Jimmy was 11/11 when targeting TEs/WRs:
Rec: Targets:
George Kittle 6 6
Deebo Samuel 2 2
Kendrick Bourne 2 2
Emmanuel Sanders 1 1
All the in-completions were to the RBs. (Plus one thrown away).
