I'm pretty confident going into this game...its the Ravens and Saints that worry me. We seem to match up really well against the Packers. Also, while Bosa is now 0-4 in the sack department vs. mobile QB's, he has been a beast against all other teams. I would love to see dual pressure from both edges, but based on Fords relative quietness I suspect the knee issue and now hamstring has gradually gotten worse and I wonder if we will get a whole lot of production from him the rest of the year.
As to our running game, I've always understood that teams look at the last couple games of tape. So though they may see our stats, it is very possible that they give much less respect to the run due to a lack of recent production and things open up on the ground again this week.

Wow I didn't know their D is that bad. The media makes it seem like their defense is legit

I live 30 minutes south of Lambeau so as you can imagine, this is a big one for me in regard to bragging rights. Packers fans are confident, believing their 2 weeks to prepare gives them an unfair advantage. I'll spare you guys the quotes.....

So nice to play a pocket passer again. D line is going to tear Rodgers apart.

Jaire Alexander is great King is really good. Savage is having a solid rookie year. So yeah there secondary is very solid along with a really good pass rush from the Smith bro's. And then they have the secret weapon the anchor of all anchors rotating off the bench. Now there run defense hasn't been very good and if they employ the same defense the Cardinals did they won't have an answer for Kittle.

It still hurts seeing him with another team.

I loved almost all of their off season moves/draft. This is a very talented team. This should be a good one.
Early peek ahead to Green Bay… Packers are No. 6 offense and No. 19 defense per DVOA. For the 49ers, this is a very similar test to Seattle, judging strictly by overall DVOA profile.
