If the Niners come through this rough patch they'll be primed for the playoffs.

The #49ers' starting WRs, Emmanuel Sanders and Deebo Samuel, were watching from the sideline as practice began today. Both expect to play but neither will be 100 percent.

Thats the first sign of good news all day. Hopefully they are feeling good enough to be effective.

Mitch Wishnowsky is gonna save the 49ers legacy the same way Ray Allen saved Lebron's legacy

I my wish for Wish is that he's kicking a ton on Sunday night...kickoffs that is. At least 7 would be a decent start.

It's been amazing how we came into our own on the screen vs Zona, cause I expect the same execution against the Packers. Their backfield is mediocre, and beatable in man coverage, but their pass rush packs a huge punch. We'll have to get rid of the ball quick.
This is the most winnable game of our three game gauntlet, GB is essentially just Carolina with an Elite QB, and a modest receiving core. They're another team nobody thinks is better than New Orleans (LOL), so both teams are gonna step up for respect in this game. Gonna be a doozy.

After he cries, he will turn into Battle Cat and take the league by storm.
I'm pretty sure the Pecker fans still remember that play.
That was an all-time highlight play, but unfortunately it will always be tainted for me. On the previous play, Jerry Rice made a brilliant catch and run to set them up in relatively close range, but - oops - Jerry fumbled the ball away on the play. That should've ended the game right there.
Jerry was whistled down, no fumble. You can't say that we NEVER get big breaks from the refs. Just usually.
I remember they did a piece of that play (maybe it was in one of those ESPN GREATEST GAMES episodes) and they said that play wouldnt have been reviewable bc at the time, he was considered down by contact and by those rules the play is dead and irreversible.

So what percentage of our total offensive production is churned out by the four highlighted players? Ugh....
Can't judge availability on a Wednesday practice.
