If it weren't the packers I would be excited to see Samuel and sanders sit this one out. It would force Dante Pettis to sink or swim. Either expose himself in front of everybody and force the front office to make a decision or step up to his draft status and ball the hell out.

Typically, I am never too worried about the Packers ever since Alex Smith was able to beat them in the first regular season game in 2012. To date, their weakness is still their defense although supposedly it is improving. Plus, ironically while Aaron Rodgers is the "bad man", when he throws the ball too much, it can turn a strength into a weakness too in my opinion.
Having said all that, I am however concerned about the state of the 9ers in general speaks. While I was happy to take that Cards win, to me, the Cards was able to uncover all the glaring weaknesses of the 9ers to the whole world. Sure, the Cards may be an improving team, but I never thought we would be down 16 in a blink of an eye. And if you exclude the final defensive score since it was already garbage time, get this the 9ers was in fact still trailing behind when there was only 39 secs left on the clock!! How worrying is that??!! The Cards isn't some power house team, let's be honest here, it is a crappy (improving) team. At first, after the first game, I just thought may be the 9ers just underestimated them, but no this game was at least equally bad if not worse. Just stack the box and stop the 9ers run game, get a mobile QB to get out of pocket and run and you will have a pretty good chance in cracking the code and even beating this team. To me, to date Saleh still doesn't have a clue of how to stop a running QB. If you can't stop Kyler Murray or can only barely beat them, how the hell do you think you can beat the Ravens? They totally destroyed the Pats as well as the Texans.
Then, you look at how other teams have fared against the Cards to have a gauge where the 9ers truly stands. Well, the good news is most teams can only just beat them like the 9ers. The bad news? The really good teams however were able to blow them out of the water, namely the Seahawks and the Saints. That to me is an alarming sign gone off. And amongst those 2 teams, we have already lost to the Seahawks.
I don't know folks, I need to see more from this team. We are now going into a stretch whereby we will be playing the really top teams, Packers, Saints, Ravens and Seahawks again. And if you force me to guess now, I think we will beat the Packers and lose to the rest of the 3 and at best go 12-4. But, that is only the getting into the playoffs part, but will we be able to beat these teams in the playoffs? That's another matter...

I think he will, as will Deebo and Sanders. When it came to Kittle once he missed one week I had this week pencilled in. It's all bruising and strains,
Three weeks is a pretty good timeline.

Yeah, they're saying that we will be facing the toughest 3 game stretch in NFL history.
On a real note, I can see Niners, Saints, Packers and cawks losing at least two more games.
If all four of us lose only two games each from here on out, Niners still get the one seed. We need to beat these Cheeseheads, Falcons, Lambs and cawkSuckers no matter what tho...need Aints and cawkSuckers to lose at least two more.

George Kittle-no practice
Matt Breida-no practice
Emmanuel Sanders-no practice
Deebo Samuel-no practice
Robbie Gould-no practice
Joe Staley-no practice
D.J. Jones-limited
Azeez Al-Shaair-limited
Dee Ford-no practice
At least DJ Jones is back.
If we're down sanders/Kittle/Deebo kiss this game goodbye
If Kittle is out there I hope he can produce w/out hurting his healing process...
I think Sanders will be fine since he played a little with no setbacks last week. Deebo didn't have any negative feedback on his hurt shoulder, I guess he'll be a go. It's a copy cat league, if Ford gets away with no practice then so should they

It sucks but I've kinda accepted a loss this week
Not because I think GB is a better team but we are so banged up right now.

The only dude I'm expecting to play that didn't practice is deebo.
I think they want everyone to get healed up instead of running around at 50% with a chance to make it worse.
Sucks it's a SNF game and they're gonna be throwing out backups all over the place.

a WIN
a Seattle LOSS to Philly

Perspective check. At this time last year the 9ers were 2-8, with two losses to Arizona and a loss to the fudge packers. Despite the issues and injuries, I am still pinching myself to make sure I ain't dreaming.

No doubt it's hard to win in the NFL let alone be 9-1
I'm hoping we beat GB (gonna be watching it with some packer fans) I'm trying to be realistic knowing who bad the injuries are hitting this team at this pt.
If we can come away with 11 wins at the end of the season I'll be pumped
