He is a Pro Bowl special teams gunner, always the first man down. He is the fastest of the RBs whose fastest recorded time is 4.34, but he has been timed in 4.28. He's the best pass protector of the 3, and much stronger and more reliable than Breida. It seems like a waste of time every time they hand the ball to Coleman and yesterday RAHEEM proved his value with a monster game in the most important game of the year. It's time Shanahan and Turner woke up and made him the feature back. He is CLUTCH and we are going to need his speed and toughness down the stretch...

fumbles, though.

Ya know, I thought he was a fumbling machine as well BUT he's only got 3 fumbles in 3 yrs (1 every season). Overall I don't think that's awful, he also hasn't had a ton of touches so that kinda makes it worse, I guess.

Mostert's vision is just so much better than Colemans. When you watch both out there you could swear the OL can't run block for TC, but have gapping holes for Mostert. Truth is there are running lanes, one guy just knows where to go IMO.

I wouldn't mind adding another RB via through the draft.

It was baffling why he took Coleman out of the game even when Coleman was struggling running. He is still huge catching the ball. While running was good it also would have probably been good to get Coleman on some linebackers. That's my problem with Shanahan you mean to tell me you cant scheme your backs in the passing game ?? He is not really acting like an elite offensive coach , seems like a rookie.

Coleman has to run through the middle which is the strength of most defenses. Where did Mostert run ?? On sweeps and stretch runs. Ironically it was the same with Coleman against Carolina. Remember that ?? He got those sweeps and stretches. Now Mostert has done the same thing. So is it Mostert having good vision or just the scheme. Coincidentally Panthers Game was the last game they decided to run Coleman outside and he has had bad games ever since. Browns game same thing , ran outside and had a 100 yard. It's not hard to figure out

Coleman is on pace to have the same amount of targets he had in ATL. Ya'll act like he doesn't have running backs out there running routes, but he does.

Kyle is 2nd in the league in pts per game. saying he's not acting like an elite offensive coach is a bit much.

Why haven't we used Coleman in the passing game more ?? We have seen what he can do when he occasionally gets the ball. I just have no idea what in the world Shanahan is doing with him. He is using him wrong. He called a bad game yesterday tbh. Actually besides last week, Both Arizona games and The Seattle games were sloppy af

go back and watch Coleman (this was brought up on a better rival podcast not too long ago) Coleman misses the correct lane plenty. His vision simply isn't great...there's a reason he was only offered the contract he was. IMO Coleman wasn't just given running plays that required him to run through the middle (and this week isn't the only example).

Bringing up the Panthers game means nothing IMO. I can run through that defense. They just let the Skins roll on the ground for 250 yards!

FWIW Monstert doesn't just get sweeps and stretch runs either.

called a bad game? put up 330+ yards at 6.3 YPP. Everyone was crying about how good this Baltimore defense was all week. It was f**king pouring out, a 1PM game across country and like always down some offensive players.

The passing game was pretty much nullified because of the weather. Coleman is being used in the passing game as much as he's been used in the passing game his whole career. Ever think that maybe he's just not as good as people think?

People proclaim he's some stud pass catcher but IMO he's not anything special.

Coleman is fine. Breida is fine, Mostert is fine. They're all good. Nothing to see here. We have three good running backs.

If Coleman is getting stoned, it's because there's a tell on him.

Those are the same runs Coleman was doing earlier in the seaosn. Dont believe me ?? Go back and watch the earlier games, I know you wont but still. I mean ofc lol he was coming into a committee. Whoever runs better that weeks , gets the ball more.

LOL OK. I'm not saying he is a stud but he is the best pass catching running back that we have. Probably one of the best in the league , the team never uses him in the pass game so we forget easily

Probably one of best in the league? based off what? dude hasn't had more than 32 catches in a season.

Look I'd love nothing more than him to be some pass-catching stud, truth is there's not real proof of him being more than just okay. He's no Alvin, CMC, Bell

what you don't think Coleman isn't getting those same looks now? He is and not doing much with them overall. He's avg 3.8 YPC this yr.

Too be honest I wouldn't blink an eye if they cut Coleman next yr. he's got almost a $5M dollar cap hit in 2020.

He is not, is he having those sweep and outsid runs that he was so successful at or are they trying to run him between the tackles ??
