That D too is tough. Going to be a battle

Yeah, team is the best 49ers will face all year. Since they traded for Peters and got Smith back they've been tough against pass too.

Good to hear

Keep McLaughlin going. He's been better than Gould.

Don't really believe that.

Gould's misses have been almost entirely circumstantial at best.

2x botched snap
1x unblocked edge guy
1x plant foot slipped in mud bowl
2x 55+ yard misses

That leaves one legitimate miss where it was just a poor kick.

Contain will be more important than pass rush

Yep stay in your assignment and lay a hit on lamar everytime he Carrie's. Dont go for the running back in the option, just destroy lamar everytime.

Did their center just get carted off?
DeFo licking his chops...

Good we are gonna need inside pressure
I know that we rarely blitz in comparison to the rest of the league, but when we bring that A-gap blitz it seems like we get to the qb more often than not.. K'Waun is also great at blitzing from the slot, I definitely see us blitzing lamar often. We have to make him uncomfortable
This might be the hardest game of the year.

Is it really going to rain that hard? Maybe I should hope for a downpour. It might slow Lamar Jackson down, and prevent him from running.

Did anyone from the 49ers' brass keep Greg Roman's old playbook? Would be nice.

I personally think we have very little chance to go into baltimore and win this game... HOWEVER... if we do win this game... I dont know who is going to beat the 49ers the rest of the regular season.

if we go to Baltimore and are able to somewhat contain this offense with our wide 9, I guarantee Saleh will be a head coach somewhere next year.
Lamar Jackson's style of play does not translate to longevity. He's the second coming of Vick and Kap.

There's like no way that Jackson will turn into Kap unless his accuracy falls off a cliff for no reason
