Thank goodness our offense has to practice against our own defense every week. That should help Jimmy and company for a game like this.

Exactly. The Ravens have the #1 offense and #1 defense over the last 2 months. Even if we slow down their offense a little bit (unlikely, but maybe it'll happen), our offense is going to struggle to move the ball against them. Plus, they're good at baiting QBs into throwing interceptions, and as we've seen, few QBs are easier to bait into throwing a pick than Jimmy.

Unlikely? We have the best defense in the NFL. They're not putting up 500 yards and they will punt in the first half.

Slowing them down is not much of a goal post. Come on people.

The Patriots couldn't slow them down and their defense is arguably even better than ours.
The weather should help us. Baltimore became pretty beatable when they didn't have Brown stretching the field. If it's just about stopping the run our d line can get it done.
Lol this thread is funny. Some fans see the Ravens rape the Rams and they automatically $#!T their pants. Yes the Ravens are an amazing team, but some of you guys act like the Niners are chopped liver with a losing record. Can't wait for this game, seeing arguably the top two teams go at it.

The Patriot actually totally slowed them down. 370 yards is substantially lower than their average for the year.

Jackson only had ~ 230 yards total offense.

lol you're not objective let's be real.

i will go by my usual which was true vs seattle but not green bay. 3 point game either way. possible overtime
If we do lose this game, I just hope it is competitive till the very end. Even a tie is not too bad in this situation.

You're right, I'm probably not fully objective since it's difficult to not to let my fandom cloud my judgement and I still tend to see things through rose-colored glasses when it comes to the 49ers.

But even looking through rose-colored glasses, it's still difficult to see us winning this game.

Ah how quickly people forget. Long live the legend that was Kaepernick for ~2 years.

Looked like a good passer there! Even better than LJ. People look through their own eyes but sometimes never see.

lol How is this guy still on the Webzone?

Pessimism doesn't equal objectivity. I do give him credit for almost not looking like a troll. Almost.
Currently Ravens at -6 to -6.5
