Nah that's scheme IMO. That running game puts a ton of stress on the defense. We saw it last night, dudes were wide f**king open.

It's almost like the opposite career trajectory for Kaepernick.

Looked like a real baller 2012, then the year after every throw was seemingly contested. Anquan Boldin saved our ass that year.

I always felt Kap had issues with throwing with anticipation/throwing to a spot. He has zero touch.

Lamar is a great talent, I certainly don't think he sucks.

I don't think his arm talent/accuracy is elite or at the level as Murray/wilson.

He's special because of his running ability and how it stressing out a defense.

That's all well and good, but the Ravens are a higher class of team by far than any team we've faced all year. After watching GB's ineptitude on Sunday, it may be that the Ravens are the first good team we've played all year. The Ravens are also just a terrible matchup for us on both sides of the ball. We're not a good run defense and we've struggled containing mobile QBs and that's not a recipe for success in this game.

I've generally been optimistic this year and have felt we've at least had a chance in every game we've played this year, but this one has blowout written all over it.

Right right right...GB sucks now because we beat the snot out of them. Blah blah blah. They were never good derp.

You have not been optimistic, its this same crap every week...it's old and stale.

Do you think GB is anywhere near the same caliber of team as the Ravens? I mean, look at GB's previous 3 games before playing us and the look at the Raven's previous 3 games. It's not close. GB just got trounced by the Chargers a few weeks ago. It's debatable whether they're a good team at all.

Leave it to the Webzone to somehow attempt to turn "Niners probably gonna lose this game" into some unfounded hot take.

Dudes. Maybe we win. Maybe our defense is the antidote and our offense puts up 50. But the Ravens are crushing playoff teams. Crushing them. They're at home. They're favored by Vegas by six right now. Losing to Baltimore, even losing big to Baltimore...are not hot takes.
go after Jackson every play, don't even worry about the RB, a playaction or an option

GB is a very good team. The difference is, there are really only three teams in the NFL right now that are complete teams on both sides of the ball: Niners, Ravens, and Saints. This will be our toughest challenge.

I don't like our running game in the rain, hopefully they have much better drainage there than the Skins do or our run plays won't develop fast enough.
If they win the Super Bowl we will hear how they didn't play the Pats, Indy, Houston, Chiefs, or Raiders.

the FED is a sloppy piece of s**t on a bright sunny day. The Baltimore game, no matter the weather, won't be as bad as that.

No matter what you think about this weekend's game in terms of importance (going all out or playing it smart), this is something we should do regardless....

SF is currently the #1 overall D.
SF leads the league in sacks.
SF is top 10 in QB hits
SF is #1 in TFL
SF is #1 in hurry %
SF is #2 in pressures
SF is #4 in total TO.

Let's stop with the b******t. This defense is fast and f**ks s**t up. There's no p***yfooting going on with the defensive side of the ball.
Our offense is currently 6th overall. We're #2 in pts per game (30.2). We're STILL #2 in running the ball and are starting to show we can pass the ball as well.
This is gonna be a good game. period. SF will come to play and anyone thinking we should roll over and let them have their way with us need to GTFO.

Let's GOOO!!!

You're as genuinely optimistic as Jimmy G is ugly. You don't need to worriedly dwell on the negatives in order to come across as a thinker.
